We require a solid level base and a dedicated electrical supply as per the product specification. Please ensure there is suitable access for your desired tub location. If you have any doubts or require further information please call or email our install team. Delivery, commissioning and product training
When you have placed your order, our installation manager will contact you to arrange a convenient time to deliver your hot tub. Our technicians will fully commission your new hot tub and familiarise you with the operating procedures, features of your tub and water maintenance.
